Angelina grew up in the Hudson Valley, New York. After graduating from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute with her bachelor’s in Biochemistry & Biophysics she worked as a Lab Technician at a pharmacodynamic/pharmacokinetic (PKPD) research company in upstate NY for three years. From there she earned her master’s in Biochemistry & Cell Biology from Stony Brook University, where she researched the relationship between invasive and proliferative states in the C. elegans anchor cell. In her free time, she enjoys reading, hiking, and embroidery.
