Lulu was born in Mexico City and grew up in the Bay Area. She received her B.S. from Santa Clara University and has been at Stanford School of Medicine since 2017. Lulu is a committee member of the department's MCP Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) cabinet.  During her free time, she loves traveling and exploring new places with her husband and children. She also enjoys winding down and listening to piano music or dancing to cumbias and salsa music.
